For example, one of the places we were interested in had a mother-in-law suite, but no pictures online. She went out and took pictures, then she went and researched on AirBNB the average rate of places in the same area. She did this without us even asking. The other thing she did was look over a lease to buy option for another property that we owned. She was extremely responsive throughout the process and very knowledgeable.
